المدة: لكل غرفة (غرفة فقط، دون طعام وشراب)

 

تشمل الباقة

  • استخدام حصري لغرفة اجتماعات صغيرة بتجهيز قياسي.
  • واي فاي عالي السرعة حتى 30 ميجابت/ثانية.
  • تجهيزات سمعية بصرية أساسية: شاشة، جهاز عرض، سبورة بيضاء.
  • ميزة السبورة الذكية (حسب التوفر).
  • مياه معدنية غير محدودة.
  • موقف سيارات مجاني للدراجات النارية والسيارات.
  • ملاحظة: الطعام والشراب غير مشمولين ولكن يمكن ترتيبهما بشكل منفصل.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Final balance and guaranteed attendees must be confirmed at least 3 days prior.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Venue Usage: Booking durations are strictly followed. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur an hourly overtime charge. Changes to room setup are strictly prohibited on the day of the event.
  • Food & Beverage: All food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
