Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Final balance and guaranteed attendees must be confirmed at least 3 days prior.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Venue Usage: Booking durations are strictly followed. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur an hourly overtime charge. Changes to room setup are strictly prohibited on the day of the event.
Food & Beverage: All food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
