Full Day Meeting Package

Duration: Up to 8 hours (e.g., 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM).

Inclusions:

  • Exclusive use of the meeting room for the entire day.
  • 2x Coffee Breaks (Morning and Afternoon) featuring coffee, tea, and assorted snacks.
  • 1x Buffet or Set Menu Business Lunch.
  • Standard meeting amenities (notepads, pencils).
  • Dedicated banquet assistant on standby.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Final balance and guaranteed attendees must be confirmed at least 3 days prior.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Venue Usage: Booking durations are strictly followed. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur an hourly overtime charge.
  • Food & Beverage: All food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
