  • High-speed Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps.
  • Basic AV equipment: screen, projector, whiteboard.
  • SmartBoard facility (subject to availability).
  • Free-flow mineral water.
  • Free parking for motorcycles and cars.
  • Note: Food & beverage is not included but can be arranged separately.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Final balance and guaranteed attendees must be confirmed at least 3 days prior.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Venue Usage: Booking durations are strictly followed. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur an hourly overtime charge.
  • Food & Beverage: All food and beverages must be supplied by the venue. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
